We develop ground-breaking resistojet products with high specific impulse and thrust that has the potential to disrupt both the small and large satellite industry, by removing the need to use hazardous chemicals while not compromising in speed to reach operational orbit.
We develop products that employ safe, low-cost, and easily available propellants that offer quicker maneuver capability, benefiting large LEO constellations by accelerating revenue generation and reducing the risk of space debris collisions by a factor of ten.
Our Mission
The mission of OhmSpace is to revolutionize the space industry by providing a breakthrough in satellite propulsion technology. Our resistojet engine fills the gap in the market for high-thrust and safe electric propulsion.
OhmSpace aims to provide a full range of in-space propulsion systems for nano to large platforms, enabling new kinds of mission.
Through the commercialisation of our multi-propellant, high-thrust electric engine, we will enable the use of extra-terrestrial propellant resources to massively reduce the cost of logistics between the Moon, Mars, Earth, and asteroids.

Pre-Seed Plus Program
OhmSpace Srl develops an innovative MES-based digital platform under the Pre-Seed Plus Program (POR FESR Lazio 2014–2020) to monitor and optimize industrial production processes, supporting the digital transformation of companies with EU co-funding (ERDF).
ESA-BIC Lazio Program
OhmSpace Srl is developing its electric high-thrust propulsion system STAR-Water-micro for microsatellites, with the support of the ESA BIC Lazio incubation programme, accelerating its technological development and advancing its STAR product line.
